Welcome to Cold Feat! 

I'm Jason, a cold-bathing, breath-working, word-writing, guy in Denmark. On February 2nd, 2023, I started taking cold baths (ice baths, cold plunges, cold water immersion, cold therapy, or whatever you want to call it) at least once a day.

 

I'm going to continue doing so until I don't. This is my journey.
